Winter is almost upon us!!
Even in Africa we have winter, very rarely snow but Cape Town has a Mediterranean climate, namely wet winters and a dry summer. Most of the country has summer rainfall but hey, us in Cape Town always do things slightly differently.

Whilst my mother in law as absolutely nuts about succulents, she is away in the UK and something seriously exciting (it’s all relative apparently) with one and I was instructed to take a pic or two.. Still not sure about what the issue was but hey!!!!
Dandy
Was watching a program on National Geographic yesterday about the Galápagos Islands. One segment was about how far dandelions had floated to arrive on the islands and how they have thrived. Ironically a few days earlier just snapped a pic of a dandelion in the wetlands near to my home.
I don’t have a macro lens so this was just with my 18-55mm kit lens so really nothing much, just thought I would post anyway.
